Join us for a day of shopping, learning, socializing and knitting on June 2! This summer’s guild trip will be taking us to Independence, MO, where we will be checking out Yarn Mercantile and Angelika’s & Knitcraft’s.
Trip Itinerary:
We estimate the trip will take about 3 ½ to 4 hours one way.
Please plan on arriving by 11:00 to shop until noon.
There will be a lunch break from noon to 1:30.
At 1:30 the shop will present a lecture on yarns and fiber for about 45 minutes.
Then we can shop until the store closes around 3:00.
At that time everyone can head out to travel back home or wherever they have plans for the evening.
Please plan on giving the drivers a donation for gas and the guild will give the drivers $10.00 each to help defray the cost. If you need a ride or can give someone else a ride, please email centralksknittersguild@gmail.com.
