We had a great time at our August meeting. Marnette taught us about dyeing fibers with plants, what different mordants will do to colors and gave us some great resources for growing our own dye plants.
We also had some great finished items shared with us.
We also heard about the 2nd Annual Knitting on the Prairie retreat on October 31 and November 1 at the Flying W Ranch near Florence. Space is limited so if you want to attend the retreat (cost is $95 for members, $100 for non-members) RSVP as soon as possible.
