On Sunday, February 10 at 1pm, we’ll be meeting at Shivering Sheep in Abilene (308 N Buckeye Ave, Abilene, KS) to knit purple baby hats. These will be gifts for expecting mothers in Harvey County to bring awareness to the “period of purple crying”. Jeannie is donating yarn to the cause – most of it is worsted, so bring appropriate needles. You can find patterns and more information about the cause at www.clickforbabies.org. If you can’t come, but want to make hats, you’re welcome to bring them to the next meeting. We hope to see you there!
